Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the service until that date.
Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error due to a technical issue on our part
- You experienced a significant, documented service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
- You cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription (first-time subscribers only)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@aireceptionistmedspa.com within 7 days of the charge in question. Please include your account email and a brief description of the issue.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
